FAQs

Are these leggings suitable for high-intensity running?

The Align collection is designed for yoga and low-impact movement; they are not recommended for high-intensity activities as the fabric is designed for softness rather than high-friction durability.

What does the 25-inch measurement represent?

The 25-inch measurement refers to the inseam length of the leggings, which generally hits at or just above the ankle for an average height.

Can I put these in the dryer?

While machine washable, it is recommended to tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to preserve the longevity of the nylon fabric.

Is the waistband pocket large enough for a phone?

No, the hidden waistband pocket is designed primarily for small, flat essentials like cards, cash, or a single key.

Do these leggings provide compression?

These leggings provide a light, 'naked' sensation with minimal compression, focusing more on comfort and range of motion.

Troubleshooting

Fabric appearing fuzzy or pilling

This is often caused by friction against rough surfaces. Use a fabric shaver gently to remove pills and avoid activities that involve rubbing against abrasive materials.

Waistband rolling down during exercise

Ensure you are wearing the correct size. If the pants are too large, the waistband may lose its secure grip during intense stretching.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Incredibly soft and lightweight material
Excellent four-way stretch for unrestricted movement
High-rise design offers superior coverage and comfort
Convenient hidden pocket for essentials
Versatile for both yoga practice and casual errands

Cons

Fabric is delicate and can be prone to pilling if rubbed against rough surfaces
Not intended for high-intensity, abrasive activities
Sizing can feel compressive; choosing the right fit is essential

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your Align leggings maintain their shape and soft texture, follow these care guidelines:

Washing: Machine wash cold at 30 degrees Celsius with like colors.
Detergent: Use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softeners, as they can break down the technical fibers.
Drying: Tumble dry on a low setting or, ideally, hang to air dry away from direct sunlight.
Storage: Avoid storing with sharp objects or items with Velcro to prevent snags and pulling of the delicate fabric.
