Nike Shox Ride 2 - Trainers - Black - UK 7

These trainers are designed primarily for casual wear and light training. For marathon running, specialized running shoes with different cushioning and support systems are recommended.

Refer to the Nike size guide available online or compare with other Nike footwear you own. The UK 7 corresponds to a specific foot measurement, ensure yours aligns.

While the trainers offer some protection, they are not waterproof. Extended exposure to heavy rain may result in discomfort and can affect the materials. Consider a water-repellent spray for added protection.

The Shox cushioning system provides a unique, responsive feel and impact absorption, along with a distinctive visual appeal.

Clean your trainers as needed, especially after noticeable dirt accumulation. Regular light cleaning helps maintain their appearance and longevity.

MPN stands for Manufacturer Part Number. It's a unique identifier for the specific product model.

This specific listing is for the all-black colorway (IO4296-002). Other color variations may exist for the Shox Ride 2 series.

This can sometimes occur with new Shox cushioning. Try wearing them for a few more sessions; the noise often subsides. Ensure the insoles are properly seated.

Try double-knotting the laces or consider replacing them with laces that have better grip.

Ensure you have the correct size. If slightly tight, wear with thinner socks initially or try a shoe stretcher designed for trainers.
