FAQs

Is the shoulder strap adjustable?

The chain strap is detachable but not length-adjustable. It is designed to sit at a standard shoulder or crossbody drop.

Can the bag fit a large tablet?

No, the dimensions of 26cm x 15cm x 11.5cm are intended for daily essentials like a phone, keys, and small wallet, not for large electronics.

How do I keep the white exterior clean?

Regularly wipe the bag with a soft, dry cloth. If a stain occurs, consult a professional leather or accessory cleaner to avoid damaging the finish.

What is the purpose of the feet on the bottom?

The protective base feet are designed to keep the bottom material from coming into direct contact with surfaces, preventing scuffs and dirt accumulation.

Is the bag suitable for daily use?

Yes, it is durable enough for daily wear, though it is best suited for lighter loads to preserve the bag's structural integrity.

Troubleshooting

Magnetic stud is difficult to fasten

Ensure the bag is not overfilled, as the magnetic closure requires proper alignment of the magnets to engage securely.

Chain strap feels too long or too short

The strap is designed as a fixed-length chain. If you prefer a different drop, ensure the strap is attached correctly to both side D-rings.

Hardware has lost its shine

Gently buff the hardware with a clean, dry polishing cloth designed for jewelry or high-end handbag hardware.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Versatile styling via detachable chain strap
Sophisticated design with signature Vivienne Westwood branding
Protective feet prevent material degradation on the bottom
Convenient built-in mirror

Cons

Not suitable for carrying large electronics or bulky items
Structure is rigid, limiting space for over-stuffing
Magnetic closure may require care when bag is at maximum capacity

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To prepare your bag for first use, simply attach the provided chain strap to the D-rings using the secure clasps. When not in use, store the bag in a soft dust bag to prevent dust accumulation and scratches on the hardware. To clean, use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to wipe the exterior surface. Avoid using harsh chemicals, alcohol-based cleaners, or abrasive brushes, as these can damage the finish of the material and the metallic hardware. Keep the bag away from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent potential color fading.
