The Dare 2b Diminish II Ski Pants are designed for adult female skiers who demand reliable all-day performance in challenging mountain conditions. These pants offer a significant advantage through their ARED 35/35 waterproof and breathable technology, ensuring you remain dry and comfortable regardless of the weather. While they excel in durability and warmth, users should note that the polyester construction is tailored specifically for alpine environments and may be too insulating for casual, low-exertion winter wear.

Yes, while designed with skiers in mind, the technical features like waterproofing and durability are well-suited for snowboarders as well.
The pants follow standard UK sizing; refer to the manufacturer's size guide using your standard dress size to ensure the correct fit.
Always check the internal wash label. Generally, low-heat tumble drying can help reactivate the DWR finish, but excessive heat may damage the insulation.
While the pants are insulated, wearing a thermal base layer is recommended for extra comfort and moisture management in extreme cold.
ARED 35/35 is Dare 2b’s premium waterproof and breathable fabric technology designed for high-performance use in severe weather.
The DWR coating has likely worn off; clean the garment and apply a technical waterproofing re-proofer.
Ensure you are using moisture-wicking base layers; avoid cotton which traps sweat.
To ensure your Dare 2b Diminish II Ski Pants maintain their integrity, proper maintenance is essential. Always wash the garments according to the care label, generally using a non-biological detergent to avoid stripping the waterproof DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating. Avoid using fabric softeners, as these can clog the breathability pores of the fabric. After washing, consider using a re-proofing spray if you notice water no longer 'beads' on the surface of the pants. When storing, keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the fabric's chemical stability.
