Armrests feel loose or wobble

Gas lift is not holding height
Ensure the gas lift lever is not obstructed or stuck in an upward position and that the weight of the user is within the 145 kg limit.

- Highly adjustable 3D armrests for customized ergonomic positioning
- Extra seat height support suitable for taller users

Setup, Compatibility & Care
When assembling your Vernazza, it is recommended to have a second person assist you, given the chair's substantial metal frame and 26 kg weight. Ensure all screws are tightened during the initial build, but avoid over-tightening which can damage the threaded inserts. To maintain the chair, vacuum the fabric periodically to remove dust or debris, and use a damp cloth for spot cleaning any spills. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these may degrade the ISO-tested properties of the fabric. The 5-wheel base is designed for universal use on most flat floor types, but consider using floor-protection mats if you have sensitive hardwood floors. The chair is compatible with most standard desk heights, but verify your desk clearance before selecting the highest gas lift setting to ensure your knees have sufficient room.
