Use a dry suede brush to remove dirt. Avoid water or chemical cleaners that may stain or ruin the suede finish.

Do these shoes run true to size?

Yes, they generally follow standard adult UK sizing for New Balance footwear.

Can I remove the insoles?

Most New Balance lifestyle trainers feature removable insoles, allowing you to insert custom orthotics if needed.

What is the weight of one shoe?

Each shoe weighs approximately 325 grams (11.5 oz).

Are the materials durable?

The combination of suede and mesh is durable for casual, everyday use, provided they are maintained properly and not used in extreme conditions.

Troubleshooting

Laces constantly coming undone

Consider using a double knot or replacing with flat laces that offer more friction for better hold.

Suede looks dull or matted

Use a soft suede brush to gently lift the nap of the material; do not use heavy liquid cleaners.

Accumulation of dust in mesh

Use a soft-bristled toothbrush to gently sweep out debris from the mesh pores without applying pressure.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your New Balance 370 trainers maintain their appearance, follow these steps:

Fitting: Adjust the laces from the bottom up to ensure the tension is distributed evenly across the bridge of your foot.
Storage: Keep your shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the suede from fading.
Cleaning: For the suede components, use a specialized suede brush to remove loose dirt. Avoid machine washing or submerging the shoes in water, as this can damage the material composition and adhesive bonds.
Surface Treatment: Consider using a water and stain repellent spray suitable for suede to add an extra layer of protection against the elements.
