Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: This is an analog watch with a quartz movement. The primary setup involves setting the correct time. Pull the crown (the small knob on the side of the watch case) outwards to the first or second position (depending on the model's specific crown function) and turn it to adjust the hour and minute hands. Once set, push the crown back in firmly to ensure water resistance.
Compatibility: As a traditional analog watch, it does not have electronic compatibility requirements. It is designed to be worn on the wrist.
Care:
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the case and bracelet with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Water Resistance: While 50m water resistant, avoid exposing the watch to high-velocity water (like from a faucet) or high temperatures. Ensure the crown is pushed in completely after setting the time.
- Strap Care: If the watch has a leather strap (check sibling products for examples), avoid excessive moisture and direct sunlight, which can cause it to dry out or fade. Consider using a leather conditioner periodically.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place when not in use, ideally in its original box or a soft pouch to prevent scratches.
