While the leather is durable and water-resistant, it is not fully waterproof. It is recommended to use a protective leather spray to increase water resistance.
These boots follow standard UK sizing for adults. If you are between sizes, we recommend checking your previous Dr. Martens experience as they generally have a consistent fit.
Yes, you can swap the existing insoles for aftermarket orthotics if you require specific arch support.
Use a soft brush and warm, soapy water to remove mud and debris from the treads, then rinse carefully.
Yes, the genuine leather material will gradually relax and stretch to better fit the unique contours of your foot with regular wear.
The Kasey Lo has a standard fit. While the leather will soften, individuals with very wide feet may find the entry point snug initially.
Leather will stretch over time. Try wearing the boots with thin socks for short periods at home to gradually break them in.
Use a matching black leather polish or a neutral leather balsam to buff out minor surface scuffs and restore the shine.
Ensure you are using a long shoehorn to assist your heel in gliding past the collar of the boot.
To ensure your Kasey Lo boots last, start by using a leather conditioner to maintain the material's suppleness and prevent cracking. When putting on the boots, use a shoehorn if you find the initial fit snug to protect the heel structure. For cleaning, wipe away surface dirt with a damp cloth and allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources. Because these are a slip-on style, ensure you have the correct UK size—if you have wider feet or intend to wear thicker socks, consider how the leather will stretch over time. Store them in a cool, dry place to prevent mildew and leather degradation.
