MiniLED is an advanced backlighting technology that uses thousands of tiny LED lights, allowing for much finer control over brightness and dimming zones. This results in superior contrast, deeper blacks, and brighter whites compared to traditional LED TVs.

Quantum Dot Colour technology uses microscopic nanoparticles to produce pure, highly saturated colors. This means your TV can display a wider spectrum of colors with greater accuracy and vibrancy, making images more lifelike and engaging.

No, you do not need a traditional aerial. Freely TV delivers live and on-demand channels directly over your internet connection, simplifying your setup and offering a modern way to access broadcast content.

You can connect external devices to your Hisense U7 TV using the HDMI ports located on the back or side of the television. Simply plug an HDMI cable from your device into an available HDMI port on the TV and select the corresponding input source.

For best results, use a soft, dry, lint-free microfiber cloth to gently wipe the screen. For more stubborn smudges, you can slightly dampen the cloth with pure water (do not spray directly onto the screen). Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Yes, the Hisense U7 features a Low Reflection Screen, which is specifically designed to minimize glare from ambient light sources. This feature makes it well-suited for viewing in brighter rooms without significant picture degradation.

Dynamic Tone Mapping Pro is a feature that analyzes HDR (High Dynamic Range) content on a scene-by-scene basis. It dynamically adjusts the brightness and contrast levels to optimize the picture quality, ensuring you see the full range of detail in both very bright and very dark areas of the image.

Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the TV and a working wall outlet. Try plugging another device into the same outlet to confirm it has power. Check the remote control batteries.

Verify that the correct input source (e.g., HDMI 1, TV) is selected using the remote control's 'Source' or 'Input' button. Check all HDMI cables for secure connections. If using Freely TV, ensure your internet connection is active.

Check the resolution of the content you are watching (e.g., ensure it's 4K where available). Adjust picture settings (brightness, contrast, sharpness, color) in the TV's menu. Ensure your internet speed is sufficient for high-quality streaming if using online services.

Confirm your TV is connected to the internet. Check your Wi-Fi connection strength. You may need to run the channel scan again through the TV's settings menu. Ensure the Freely TV app or service is up-to-date.

Replace the batteries in the remote control. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the TV's IR receiver. Point the remote directly at the TV.
