FAQs
Is this backpack waterproof?
The backpack is made from water-repellent fabric, which provides protection against light rain, but it is not intended to be fully submerged or used in heavy downpours.
Can I fit a 16-inch laptop in the Vinga Baltimore?
The bag is specifically designed to accommodate laptops up to 15.6 inches. A 16-inch laptop may not fit properly or may compromise the safety of the padding.
What are the dimensions of the bag?
The backpack measures 43cm in height, 28cm in length, and 14.5cm in width.
Is the material machine washable?
No, it is recommended to spot clean the backpack with a damp cloth to preserve the fabric's integrity and water-repellent properties.
Where is the hidden pocket located?
The hidden security pocket is integrated into the back panel of the bag to ensure it remains inaccessible while the backpack is being worn.
Troubleshooting
Zipper feels stiff or hard to open
Clear any trapped fabric or dirt from the zipper teeth and ensure the internal contents are not pressing against the zipper line.
Laptop feels unstable inside the sleeve
Ensure your laptop is pushed fully into the padded compartment and that the weight is centered; consider using a slim laptop case if your device is smaller than the 15.6-inch limit.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To maximize the longevity of your backpack, avoid overloading it beyond its intended capacity, which can strain the zippers and shoulder strap stitching.
Compatibility: The laptop sleeve accommodates devices up to 15.6 inches; ensure your device dimensions are checked against the bag's internal capacity.
Care Instructions:
- Cleaning: Spot clean only with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid submerging the bag in water or using a washing machine, as this can degrade the water-repellent coating.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use to prevent fabric fading.
- Maintenance: Periodically check for debris in the zippers to ensure smooth operation.
