The Tech21 Luxe Case for the Samsung Galaxy S9 is designed for users who prioritize heavy-duty protection without adding unnecessary bulk to their device. Its key benefit is the scientifically proven 12ft drop protection, which keeps your phone safe from accidental falls while maintaining a sleek, 1.8mm thin profile. A potential caveat for some users is that while the vegan leather finish is premium and easy to clean, it offers a specific aesthetic that may not appeal to those seeking a purely transparent or rugged-industrial design.

No, this specific model (T21-5921) is designed exclusively for the standard Samsung Galaxy S9.
The case provides shock protection for the body, but it is recommended to use a separate screen protector for comprehensive display coverage.
The materials are chosen for their durability and ease of cleaning, which helps maintain the original look for an extended period.
Yes, standard adhesive accessories should stick well to the case, though performance may vary depending on the adhesive quality of the accessory.
No, the case features precision-engineered cutouts that ensure the camera lens, flash, and sensors remain completely unobstructed.
Ensure the phone is centered correctly on the charging pad. While the case supports wireless charging, misaligned placement can interrupt the connection.
Verify that all corners of the phone are fully snapped into the case frame. If it remains loose, check for any debris between the phone and case.
Setting up the Tech21 Luxe case is straightforward. Start by ensuring your Samsung S9 is clean, then align the volume buttons with the corresponding cutouts on the case and gently snap the phone into place. To remove, apply light pressure to one of the top corners to pop the device out. The case is exclusively compatible with the Samsung Galaxy S9. To maintain the appearance of the vegan leather, wipe the surface down periodically with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive sponges that could damage the matte finish of the case material.
