The Clarks Lumen Hero trainers are designed for active children who need a reliable, comfortable shoe for school and playtime. These trainers offer excellent underfoot cushioning to support growing feet during daily movement, providing a perfect balance of durability and comfort. While they are built for everyday use, parents should be aware that the specific UK size 1 fit is tailored for smaller school-aged children, so ensuring correct sizing is essential for long-term comfort.

Allow the mud to dry completely, then brush it off gently. Follow up with a damp cloth if necessary.

Children's feet grow quickly; check for adequate space at the toe box and consider moving up to the next available size in the Lumen Hero series.
Check the soles for embedded debris or pebbles that may be hindering grip; remove with a dull tool or brush.
To ensure the longevity of your Clarks Lumen Hero trainers, proper care is required. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe away surface dirt after outdoor use to prevent grime buildup. Avoid machine washing, as this can degrade the supportive foam and adhesive components. For sizing, always verify the child's foot measurement against the UK size 1 standard to ensure there is enough room for natural growth. If the shoes become wet, allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources like radiators, as intense heat can cause materials to warp or crack.
