FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for running?
The Grid Legacy is primarily designed as a lifestyle and casual trainer. While comfortable for walking, they are not engineered for long-distance running or professional athletic performance.
How should I clean the breathable upper?
Use a mild soap solution and a soft cloth to spot clean the upper. Avoid using a washing machine or tumble dryer.
Do these provide good arch support?
The trainers feature standard foam cushioning that offers a balanced level of support for casual, everyday activity.
What is the best way to dry them if they get wet?
Allow them to air dry in a well-ventilated area. Do not place them on radiators or in a dryer, as high heat can damage the adhesives and materials.
Are these true to size?
Yes, they generally fit true to standard UK shoe sizes. If you prefer a looser fit or wear thicker socks, consider that the padded collar provides a snug, secure feel.
Troubleshooting
Outer sole loses traction
Clean the bottom of the shoes to remove packed dirt or debris that may interfere with the grip pattern.
Material looks dusty or dull
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently sweep off dry dust and wipe the surface with a lightly dampened cloth.
Minor discomfort during initial wear
Ensure the laces are adjusted to your specific foot volume; the padded collar may require a brief break-in period to soften.

Care Instructions
- Cleaning: Wipe the upper with a soft, damp cloth to remove surface dirt. Avoid submerging the shoes in water.
- Drying: Air dry naturally away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, to prevent material damage or deformation.
- Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to prevent color fading and material breakdown over time.
