FAQs

What is the main benefit of the RestSupport® coil system?

The RestSupport® coil system offers three stages of support: pressure relief on the surface, restorative care for muscles and spinal alignment in the core, and enhanced durability from twice-tempered coils, adapting to your body's needs.

Is this mattress suitable for allergy sufferers?

Yes, the mattress features a hypoallergenic finish and a moisture-wicking cover, making it a suitable choice for individuals prone to allergies or respiratory sensitivities.

How often should I rotate the mattress?

It is recommended to rotate the Sealy Exquisite Entice Mattress head-to-foot every 3 to 6 months to ensure even wear and maintain its supportive qualities.

Can I use this mattress on an adjustable base?

Yes, the mattress is designed to be compatible with adjustable bed bases, provided the base is suitable for mattresses of this construction and thickness.

What does the strengthened edge design do?

The strengthened edge design provides a stable perimeter, allowing you to utilize the entire sleeping surface without feeling a 'roll-off' sensation when sitting or sleeping near the edge.

How do I clean the mattress cover?

The cover typically requires spot cleaning with a mild detergent and water. Avoid soaking the mattress. Always refer to the specific care instructions provided with your mattress for detailed guidance.

What is the warranty period for this mattress?

The Sealy Exquisite Entice Mattress comes with a 10-Year Guarantee for peace of mind, reflecting its quality and durability.

Troubleshooting

Mattress does not fully expand after unboxing.

Ensure the mattress has been unboxed in a temperature-controlled environment (ideally between 65-75°F or 18-24°C). Allow up to 48 hours for full expansion. If it still doesn't expand properly, check for any obstructions or damage. Contact customer support if the issue persists.

Noticeable initial odor after unboxing.

This is common with new mattresses and is typically a result of the sealing process. Air out the room by opening windows and allow the mattress to ventilate for 24-72 hours. The odor should dissipate naturally.

Feeling pressure points or discomfort.

Ensure the mattress has had sufficient time to expand and break in (up to 30 days). If discomfort persists, verify that your bed frame or foundation is providing adequate and even support. If the issue continues, consult Sealy's warranty information or customer support.

Mattress feels too firm or too soft.

Mattress comfort is subjective. It can take up to 30 days for your body to adjust. Ensure you are rotating the mattress regularly as recommended. If after the adjustment period, the comfort level is still not satisfactory, consider if the mattress type is the best fit for your sleeping preferences.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

Carefully unroll or place the mattress on your desired bed frame or foundation. Ensure the frame or foundation provides adequate support and is the correct size for the mattress.
Allow the mattress to expand fully to its intended shape. This may take a few hours. It is recommended to allow up to 24-48 hours for the mattress to fully decompress and for any initial manufacturing odors to dissipate.

Compatibility:

The Sealy Exquisite Entice Mattress is compatible with most standard bed frames, including platform beds, slatted bases (with slats no more than 3 inches apart), and box springs. For optimal performance and to maintain the warranty, always use a supportive base.
It is designed to work with adjustable bed bases, provided the base is specifically designed to accommodate a mattress of this type and thickness.

Care:

Rotate the mattress head-to-foot every 3-6 months to ensure even wear and prolong its lifespan.
For the hypoallergenic cover, follow the manufacturer's cleaning instructions. Typically, spot cleaning with a mild detergent and water is recommended. Avoid soaking the mattress.
Use a mattress protector to guard against spills, stains, and allergens. This will help maintain the mattress's cleanliness and hygiene.
Do not fold or bend the mattress excessively, as this can damage the internal support system.
