Troubleshooting
Wobbling or instability after assembly
Check all connection points and ensure every bolt is fully tightened. Ensure the bed is placed on a flat, level floor surface.

Re-check the mounting hardware connecting the ladder to the frame; these often require a final tightening once the frame is fully upright.
Surface scuffs on the white finish
Gently clean with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive materials which can leave permanent marks on the paint.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
- Setup: This product arrives flat-packed and requires assembly. We recommend a two-person team to handle the larger frame components. Ensure you have an open floor space and use a soft surface, like a rug, to prevent scratching the white finish during assembly.
- Compatibility: The bed is designed for standard single mattresses. Always check the manufacturer's maximum mattress depth recommendation for the top bunk to ensure the safety rail remains effective.
- Care: To maintain the finish, wipe down surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive sponges that could damage the white or oak surfaces. Periodically check and tighten all bolts and fixings every 3-6 months to ensure the structure remains rigid and safe.
