Troubleshooting
Sham does not fit pillow insert properly
Ensure you are using a 65cm x 65cm pillow insert. The sham is designed for this specific size.
Quilted pattern appears creased after storage
As the item requires dry cleaning, consult your dry cleaner for advice on pressing or steaming methods suitable for polysatin to remove creases. Avoid direct high heat.
Color transfer to other fabrics
While unlikely with standard use, keep the sham separate from light-colored bedding during the initial dry cleaning process to prevent any potential color transfer.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: This pillow sham is designed to fit a standard 65cm x 65cm pillow insert. Simply insert your pillow through the opening and secure it using the reverse tie closure.
Compatibility: The sham is compatible with most standard 65cm x 65cm pillow inserts. It is designed to coordinate with other textiles from the Ted Baker home collection, particularly those in matching white or complementary tones.
Care Instructions: To maintain the quality and appearance of the polysatin fabric, this pillow sham must be dry cleaned only. Avoid machine washing, bleaching, or tumble drying, as these methods can damage the material and the quilted design.
