Troubleshooting

Pen not working or not producing color.

Ensure the pen is filled with water and the nib is clean. If the nib is clogged, gently rinse it with water.

Drawings are fading too quickly.

Ensure the drawing surface is not exposed to direct sunlight or heat, as this can accelerate the drying process. In very dry conditions, the image may fade quickly, and the user may need to add more water.

Mat is stained.

The mat is designed to be mess-free; if any other substance besides water is used, it may stain. Clean the affected area with a damp cloth immediately. For persistent stains, spot clean with a mild soap solution.
