Troubleshooting
Pipe sags between brackets
Ensure brackets are installed at the maximum recommended interval of 2 meters. Check if the pipe is fully seated within the bracket. Verify that the bracket is securely fixed to a solid surface.
Bracket does not fit 110mm pipe securely
Confirm that the pipe is indeed a 110mm Wavin Osma soil pipe. Ensure no debris is obstructing the pipe or bracket. Verify that the correct bracket variant for 110mm pipes is being used.
Bracket feels loose on the wall
Re-secure the bracket using appropriate fixings for the wall type. Ensure the wall surface is sound and can support the weight. Use longer or stronger fixings if necessary.
