Saucony Endorphin Pro 5 Trainers - Yellow/Black - Size UK 5

The Endorphin Pro 5 is designed for adult male runners focused on achieving their fastest times, particularly for race day events like marathons, half-marathons, and shorter races.

SPEEDROLL Technology is engineered to create a propulsive, forward-rolling sensation that enhances momentum and makes running feel smoother and faster, requiring less effort to maintain pace.

The slotted carbon-fibre plate works with the midsole foams and SPEEDROLL technology to provide powerful propulsion and a stable, energetic ride, helping runners conserve energy and increase speed.

While it can be used for speed-focused training days, its aggressive design and firm, responsive cushioning are best suited for race day or high-intensity workouts. For daily mileage and recovery, a more cushioned or versatile trainer might be more appropriate.

The PWRTRAC rubber outsole is designed for durability and offers reliable grip across various road surfaces, providing confidence during fast runs and races.

PWRRUN PB is a highly responsive and lightweight foam, while Super Critical PWRRUN HG is likely a more durable and stable foam used in conjunction with PWRRUN PB to create a balanced midsole that offers both energy return and support for explosive propulsion.

For optimal performance, these high-performance trainers are generally recommended to be replaced after 200-300 miles, or when the cushioning and responsiveness begin to diminish significantly.

Ensure you have the correct UK size. Try wearing thinner performance socks. If the issue persists after a short break-in period, the fit may not be suitable for your foot shape.

The cushioning foams may compress after extensive mileage. Consider replacing the shoes after approximately 200-300 miles, or when responsiveness noticeably decreases.

While the PWRTRAC outsole offers good grip, extreme wet conditions can reduce traction. Ensure your stride is balanced and avoid sudden movements on very slick surfaces.

This is uncommon with the engineered mesh. Ensure socks are worn correctly and do not bunch up. If a seam is causing irritation, contact customer support.
