Yes, the Superblast 3 is designed for high-mileage training and offers the durability and comfort needed for long-distance runs.
No, they are constructed with breathable mesh for airflow, meaning they will not keep feet dry in heavy rain.
While capable, these are primarily engineered for road and treadmill training; dedicated track spikes might be better for high-speed sprinting.
ASICS generally fit true to size. Ensure you leave extra room as feet typically swell during long runs.
Yes, the insoles are removable, which allows for the use of custom orthotics if required.
The series focuses on balancing a plush cushioning feel with high energy return for a smoother ride.
Adjust the lacing using the additional eyelet (the 'runner's loop') to create a tighter lock around the ankle.
Ensure the laces are not over-tightened, which can compress the breathable mesh and restrict ventilation.
Allow for a 20-30 mile break-in period to let the cushioning and upper materials mold to your foot's unique shape.
To ensure the longevity of your ASICS Superblast 3, verify that the size is appropriate for your foot shape—ensure there is about a thumb's width of space at the front.
