FAQs
What age group are the Lightorama Shoes Infants designed for?
These shoes are specifically designed for infants and very young children who are beginning to walk and explore.
How should I clean these shoes?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or submerging in water to preserve the materials and cushioning.
Are these shoes suitable for running or sports?
While they offer good comfort and stability for everyday play, they are best suited for light activities like walking and general exploration rather than high-impact sports.
What is the purpose of the Cloudfoam midsole?
The Cloudfoam technology provides ultra-soft cushioning, offering a comfortable and supportive experience for young feet.
How do the elastic laces and hook-and-loop closure work?
The elastic laces provide a snug fit, while the hook-and-loop closure allows for quick and easy adjustments and fastenings, enabling children to put on and take off the shoes independently.
Will the non-marking outsole leave marks on indoor floors?
No, the outsole is designed to be non-marking, making it safe for use on most indoor surfaces without leaving scuffs or residues.
What is the weight of a single shoe?
A single shoe weighs approximately 120 grams, contributing to the overall lightweight feel.
Troubleshooting
Shoes are difficult to put on.
Ensure the hook-and-loop strap is fully open and the elastic laces are loosened. Gently ease the foot into the shoe.
Child feels discomfort or rubbing.
Verify the size is correct. Ensure socks are worn properly and do not have thick seams. Check for any internal debris.
Tread is wearing down quickly.
These shoes are designed for light play. Excessive use on abrasive surfaces may accelerate wear. Consider shoes with more robust outsoles for such activities.
Elastic laces losing elasticity.
While designed for ease of use, significant stretching may occur with prolonged use. Ensure they are not overly stretched when securing the shoe.
