While the Sondico Base Core Long Sleeve Base Layer is specifically designed with a men's fit, some women may find it suitable depending on their body shape and preference for a looser fit compared to women's specific base layers.

To maintain the quality and performance of your base layer, machine wash it at 30 degrees Celsius. It's recommended to air dry and avoid high heat or tumble drying. Do not bleach and keep it away from fire.

LYCRA® fibre provides exceptional stretch and recovery properties, allowing the base layer to move with your body for unrestricted freedom of movement. It also contributes to the garment's long-lasting comfort and shape retention.

As a base layer, it helps regulate body temperature by wicking away moisture. While it provides a foundational layer of warmth, its primary focus is on breathability. For very cold conditions, it should be paired with appropriate mid and outer layers for optimal insulation.

While you can wear it on its own, it is primarily designed as an undergarment. For most outdoor activities, especially in varying weather, layering it under other athletic wear is recommended to maximize its benefits and provide additional protection or warmth.

Ensure you have selected the correct size. While designed for a snug fit, it should not feel uncomfortable or impede your movement. If unsure, consider trying a size up. Also, check that no other layers are pulling or bunching the base layer.

Verify that the inner rubberised grip is clean and making direct contact with your skin. Ensure the garment is pulled down fully before beginning activity. If the issue persists, your size might be too small, or the garment may be stretched beyond its optimal elasticity.

Ensure the base layer is worn directly against the skin, as intended. Excessive layering on top might hinder its breathability. Also, make sure you are washing it according to the care instructions (30 degrees Celsius machine wash) to prevent fabric softener or detergent residue buildup, which can affect wicking properties.
