Troubleshooting
Coasters feel sticky or greasy.
Clean thoroughly in the dishwasher or with a mild dish soap and warm water. Ensure all residue is rinsed away.
Coasters have a slight odor.
Wash them in the dishwasher or soak them in a mixture of water and baking soda for a few hours before rinsing.
Drinks still slide occasionally.
Ensure the coaster surface and the bottom of the drinkware are clean and dry. The ribbed texture provides grip, but extreme angles or very smooth bases might still cause minor slippage.
