The vidaXL Floating Shelf is designed for homeowners and interior design enthusiasts looking to maximize vertical space while adding a rustic, natural aesthetic to their living area. Crafted from solid acacia wood, it provides a sturdy and visually striking display solution for books, plants, or decorative items. While the unit offers excellent durability and design flexibility due to its untreated finish, users should be prepared to perform light manual finishing or sealing if they wish to protect the raw wood from moisture or stains.

Yes, because the surface is untreated, it is ideal for painting, staining, or lacquering to match your room.
Please check your specific package contents, but generally, it is recommended to use hardware suitable for your specific wall construction.
The shelf is made from solid acacia wood, known for its high durability and attractive grain.
It is best mounted on solid walls. For drywall installations, ensure you are hitting wall studs or using heavy-duty toggle anchors.
Use a clear natural wood oil or matte wax to preserve the raw appearance while protecting the wood from dust and light moisture.
Verify that the mounting brackets are level and that the fasteners are appropriate for your specific wall material.
Since the wood is untreated, apply a protective wood finish or wax to create a barrier against spills and fingerprints.
Installation of the floating shelf requires standard wall-mounting techniques, though specific fasteners should be chosen based on your wall type (e.g., masonry anchors for brick or toggles for drywall).
