FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for running?
These trainers are designed for walking and casual wear. They offer comfort and cushioning for walking but lack the specific support and structure required for running.
How do I clean the white and pink exterior?
Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe away dirt. For tougher spots, a mild soap solution can be used sparingly, followed by wiping with a clean, damp cloth. Always air dry.
What is the main advantage of the 'Integrated Slip-Ins' design?
The primary advantage is the convenience of easily slipping the shoes on and off without bending down or using your hands, which is ideal for quick changes or for individuals with mobility challenges.
Can I remove the memory foam insoles?
Yes, the Air-Cooled Memory Foam insoles are typically removable, allowing for separate cleaning and airing out.
What is the purpose of the 'Heel Pillow' technology?
The Heel Pillow provides extra cushioning and a snugger fit around the heel area, enhancing comfort and helping to keep the shoe securely in place.
Are these shoes waterproof?
These trainers are not waterproof. They are designed for everyday wear and may offer some resistance to light moisture, but they are not suitable for wet conditions.
What sizes are available?
These Skechers Go Walk Flex Carla Sneakers are available in various UK adult female sizes. Please refer to the product listing for the most current size availability.
Troubleshooting
Shoes feel too loose
While designed for a relaxed fit, consider wearing slightly thicker socks for a snugger feel. The Heel Pillow technology aims to provide a secure fit around the ankle.
Difficulty slipping foot in
Ensure the back of the Heel Pillow is fully accessible. Try inserting your foot at a slight angle. The design is intended for ease, but a small break-in period might help.
Insole feels flat after initial wear
The Air-Cooled Memory Foam may need a short break-in period to conform to your foot. If comfort does not improve after several wears, ensure the insole is properly seated.
Soles show signs of wear quickly
The flexible traction outsole is designed for everyday use. For heavy-duty activities or rough terrain, consider a shoe specifically designed for those purposes.
