FAQs

Is this jacket truly waterproof?

Yes, it uses seam-sealed DryVent Mono fabric designed specifically to keep out rain and snow.

Does this jacket have an adjustable hood?

The jacket features a protective fixed hood designed to provide immediate coverage against the weather.

Can I wear this in cold weather?

It serves as a great waterproof shell, but for very cold temperatures, you should layer a warm fleece or synthetic puffer underneath.

How should I clean the white fabric?

Use a gentle, technical outdoor clothing detergent and wash in cold water to prevent staining and damage to the waterproof membrane.

Is the fit true to size?

The jacket features a regular fit, meaning it is designed to fit true to size while allowing enough room for comfortable layering.

What is the primary material?

The jacket is constructed from high-quality polyester, chosen for its durability and weather-resistant properties.

Troubleshooting

Water appears to soak into the fabric instead of beading up

The DWR finish has likely worn off. Wash the jacket with a technical cleaner and reapply a DWR spray treatment to restore water repellency.

Zipper feels stiff or difficult to operate

Gently clean the zipper tracks with a soft brush to remove dust or debris, then apply a tiny amount of dry zipper lubricant if necessary.

Pros and Cons

Pros

High-level waterproof performance via DryVent technology
Versatile design suitable for both city and trail environments
Durable construction with seam-sealed protection
Stylish, modern take on heritage aesthetic

Cons

White colorway requires more frequent cleaning to maintain appearance
Limited to specific sizing options
Softshell material may be less breathable during extreme physical exertion

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the longevity of the waterproof barrier, always follow the care label instructions. Wash in cold water using a technical fabric cleaner, avoiding traditional laundry detergents that can strip the DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish. Air dry the jacket whenever possible, and occasionally tumble dry on low heat—if the care label permits—to reactivate the water-repellent coating. Store the jacket in a cool, dry place on a wide-shouldered hanger to maintain the shape of the hood and shoulders. Avoid storing it compressed in a backpack for long periods, as this can degrade the seam-sealed components over time.
