FAQs

Does this curtain come with hooks?

No, this curtain features a rod pocket header and is designed to slide directly onto a curtain pole or tension rod without the need for hooks.

Is this a blackout curtain?

No, this is a sheer voile curtain intended to filter light, not block it out.

How many panels are in one pack?

Each pack contains one single panel.

Can I use this in a bathroom?

It is suitable for bathrooms if you have sufficient ventilation, as the fabric is lightweight and dries quickly, though it remains translucent.

How do I clean the voile fabric?

We recommend a gentle hand wash or a delicate machine wash in a laundry bag, followed by line drying.

Troubleshooting

Curtain hangs unevenly

Ensure the rod is perfectly level and that the fabric is evenly distributed across the width of the rod pocket.

Visible creases upon unboxing

Use a cool iron or a garment steamer on the lowest setting to gently remove wrinkles from the voile.

Fabric snagged on curtain rod

Check the curtain rod for any rough spots or burrs and sand them down, or cover them with a smooth tape before sliding the curtain on.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Easy installation without the need for additional hooks
Softens natural light to create an inviting atmosphere
Maintains excellent privacy during daylight hours
Lightweight and airy aesthetic
Suitable for various rooms including conservatories and bedrooms

Cons

Not suitable for blocking light at night
Single panel only, requires two for full window coverage if desired
Sheer fabric is delicate and requires gentle handling

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Installation is straightforward due to the integrated rod pocket header. Simply slide your curtain rod through the top casing of the fabric. It is compatible with most standard diameter curtain poles and spring-tension rods. For care, gently hand wash or use a delicate cycle in a mesh laundry bag to prevent snagging the sheer material. Air dry the panel to maintain its shape, and avoid using harsh chemicals or bleaches that might affect the floral print.
