FAQs
What does the G width fitting mean?
G width is a standard measurement for a wider fit, providing more space around the forefoot and instep compared to standard 'D' or narrow fittings.
Are these boots waterproof?
While the leather offers some natural resistance, they are not strictly waterproof. We recommend applying a protective leather spray to guard against light rain.
How do I clean the rubber sole?
You can clean the rubber sole using a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the leather upper.
Can I replace the insole?
The Dreamvelour series is designed to accommodate various foot types, and many users find they can insert their own thin orthotics if needed.
Is the heel height comfortable for all-day wear?
Yes, the 45 mm heel is considered a moderate height that balances style with comfort, making it suitable for long periods of wear.
Troubleshooting
Zipper feels stiff or difficult to pull
Rub a small amount of graphite from a pencil or a specialized zipper wax along the zipper teeth to improve glide.
Leather looks dull after repeated wear
Apply a matching black leather cream or polish to restore moisture and shine to the material.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Because these are slip-on style boots with a functional zipper, no initial setup is required. To ensure longevity, keep the leather clean by wiping away dust with a dry cloth and applying a quality leather conditioner periodically. If the boots become wet, air dry them naturally away from direct heat sources to prevent the leather from cracking. Given the G width, these are highly compatible with thicker socks or custom orthotic inserts if necessary.
