These trainers are designed primarily for casual wear and everyday comfort. While they offer good cushioning for walking, they may not provide the specialized support needed for intense athletic activities like running or high-impact sports.

The size UK 5 is indicated. Ensure there is a little room at the toe (about a thumb's width) and the heel does not slip when you walk. The lace-up design allows for some adjustment.

It is not recommended to machine wash these trainers. The suede and mesh materials, as well as the cushioning insoles, can be damaged by the washing machine cycle. Hand washing or spot cleaning is the preferred method.

Use a soft suede brush for dry dirt on suede. For the mesh, use a damp cloth with a very mild soap and blot gently. Always allow the shoes to air dry naturally, away from direct heat.
