Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
Before first use, wash the pans in warm, soapy water with a soft cloth or sponge. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
Compatibility:
These pans are compatible with all hob types, including:
- Ceramic
- Electric
- Gas
- Halogen
- Induction
Ensure the base of the pan is clean and dry before placing it on the hob.
Care & Cleaning:
- Stovetop Use: Use on low to medium heat for optimal performance and longevity of the non-stick coating. High heat is generally not required due to efficient heat distribution.
- Utensils: While the coating is metal utensil safe, it is recommended to use wood, silicone, or plastic utensils to preserve the non-stick surface over time.
- Cleaning: Allow the pans to cool before cleaning. Wash with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. The pans are dishwasher safe for convenience, but hand washing is recommended to maintain the coating's integrity and the pan's appearance.
- Storage: Store carefully to avoid scratching the interior surface. Consider using pan protectors or a soft cloth between pans if stacking.
