Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup (First Use):
- Lacing: Loosen the laces completely before putting on the shoes.
- Fit: Slide your foot in, ensuring your heel is comfortably seated at the back of the shoe. There should be about a thumb's width space between your longest toe and the end of the shoe.
- Tighten: Begin tightening the laces from the bottom eyelets, working your way up. Ensure a snug fit without being overly tight or restrictive.
- Test Walk: Walk around briefly to check for any discomfort, rubbing, or looseness. Adjust as needed.
Compatibility:
- Activity: Primarily designed for road running, walking, and general fitness activities.
- Surfaces: Best suited for asphalt, concrete, and track surfaces.
- Foot Type: The neutral design generally accommodates a wide range of foot types, though individual fit may vary.
Care Instructions:
To ensure the longevity and appearance of your Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 41:
- Cleaning: Remove loose dirt with a soft brush (e.g., old toothbrush). Mix a small amount of mild detergent with warm water. Use a cloth or sponge to gently scrub soiled areas. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Rinsing: Wipe clean with a damp cloth, ensuring all soap residue is removed.
- Drying: Air dry at room temperature. Do NOT put them in a washing machine or dryer, as this can damage the materials and adhesives.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Odor Control: If odors develop, remove the insoles and air them out separately. You can also use shoe deodorizers.
