Troubleshooting
Sunwall is difficult to attach.
Ensure the shelter is properly erected and stable. Check that the j-clips are correctly aligned with the shelter poles.
Sunwall is not taut.
Adjust the tension by re-securing the j-clips or ensuring the shelter frame is fully extended.
Water is still getting through.
This sunwall is designed for light rain. For heavy downpours, consider additional shelter options or ensuring all seams are properly sealed (though no specific sealing instructions are provided).
Zipper is sticking.
Gently try to move the zipper back and forth. Ensure no fabric is caught in the zipper teeth. A small amount of zipper lubricant (like paraffin wax or silicone spray) might help if the issue persists, but use sparingly.
