Nike Revolution 7 - Black White - Trainers - UK 11.5

For runners, it's generally recommended to replace running shoes every 300-500 miles, or every 6-12 months for regular use. For casual wear, they can last longer depending on frequency and intensity of use. Look for signs of wear in the outsole and midsole compression.

The Nike Revolution 7 is ideal for daily training, road running, and casual jogging due to its cushioning and comfort. It may not be the best choice for speed work, competitive racing, or trail running, which often require more specialized features like minimal cushioning or aggressive outsole lugs.

No, it is not recommended to machine wash your Nike Revolution 7 trainers. Machine washing can damage the materials, adhesives, and cushioning properties of the shoe. Follow the manual cleaning instructions provided.

The Nike Revolution 7 offers a standard level of arch support suitable for neutral pronation. If you require specialized arch support due to high arches or flat feet, you may consider replacing the default insole with an orthotic insert that matches your needs.

Nike shoes generally run true to size, but fit can vary slightly between models. It's always best to refer to the UK size listed and, if possible, try them on to ensure the best fit, especially considering factors like foot width.

New trainers typically don't require extensive 'breaking in' like leather shoes. Wear them for shorter periods during the first few days for light activities like walking before using them for longer runs or intense workouts. This allows the shoe to conform to your foot and ensures comfort.

Adjust the lacing. Ensure you're wearing appropriate socks. Lacing patterns can be customized for wider or narrower feet.

Check the outsole for wear, especially the areas that contact the ground most. Ensure the surface you are on is not excessively wet or slick. Clean any embedded debris from the traction pattern.

Often caused by insoles rubbing against the inside of the shoe. Try removing and reinserting the insoles. A light sprinkle of baby powder underneath the insole can sometimes resolve this.

Ensure the shoes are the correct size and width for your feet. Consider if the shoe is suitable for the intensity or duration of your activity. Your gait or foot strike may also play a role; professional assessment might be beneficial.
