Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Saucony trainers, follow these guidelines:
- Fit: Ensure a thumbnail width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe to account for foot swelling during long runs.
- Break-in: Wear them for short, flat-trail walks before attempting long-distance technical runs to allow the chassis and midsole to adapt to your foot mechanics.
- Cleaning: After muddy runs, remove the insoles and air dry the shoes away from direct heat sources. Wipe the GORE-TEX upper with a damp cloth; avoid machine washing as this can damage the waterproof lining.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to maintain the integrity of the adhesive and cushioning foams.
