Nike Shox TL - Silver - UK 7

Nike Shox technology is a mechanical cushioning system featuring resilient, flexible columns that compress and spring back to absorb impact and provide responsive cushioning. This recrafted version utilizes full-length Shox for optimal performance.

While the Nike Shox TL offers excellent impact absorption, it is primarily designed as a lifestyle and casual wear shoe. For dedicated running, specialized running footwear with different support and flexibility characteristics would be more appropriate.

For the polyester and synthetic upper, gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or machine washing. Allow to air dry completely away from direct heat. Refer to the 'Care' section for detailed steps.

A non-marking outsole means the rubber material used for the sole is designed not to leave scuff marks or streaks on indoor surfaces, such as gym floors or polished flooring.

The full TPU cage, a key design element from the 2003 original, provides structural integrity to the upper. It works with the moulded overlays to offer enhanced support and a snug fit, contributing to the shoe's overall stability and iconic aesthetic.

Generally, Nike Shox TL shoes tend to fit true to size for most wearers. However, individual foot shapes can vary. The moulded overlays contribute to a snug fit, and proper lacing allows for minor adjustments. If you are between sizes, consider trying the next half size up.

Ensure you have the correct size. Adjust lacing for a custom fit. The moulded overlays provide a snug fit, but proper lacing is crucial for individual comfort. If discomfort persists, consider trying a different size.

This can be a sign of normal wear and tear. Ensure the Shox columns are clean and free of debris. While Shox technology is durable, its performance can gradually diminish with extensive use. Consider regular rotation with other footwear to extend the lifespan.

Squeaking can sometimes occur due to friction between the outsole and certain surfaces, or if there's moisture inside the shoe. Ensure the shoes are thoroughly dry. If the squeak is internal, a small amount of powder (like baby powder) applied under the insole might help, but often it resolves with wear.

Refer to the 'Care' section for cleaning instructions. Use a mild soap and soft brush, avoiding harsh chemicals that could damage the material. For persistent stains, a specialized fabric cleaner for synthetic materials might be necessary, spot-testing first.

Ensure your laces are tied securely to engage the moulded overlays and the TPU cage effectively. The TPU plate in the heel is designed for lateral support; if instability is significant, inspect the shoe for any unusual wear or damage.
