Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 41 requires no special setup. Simply lace them up and go. Ensure the laces are adjusted for a secure, comfortable fit without being too tight, especially around the midfoot where the band provides lockdown.
Compatibility: These trainers are designed for running on roads and standard running tracks. They are compatible with most running socks and apparel.
Care: To maintain the performance and longevity of your Pegasus 41 trainers:
- Cleaning: Clean the shoes regularly using a soft brush or cloth with cool water and mild soap. Avoid harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners. For the insoles, remove them and clean with a brush and water, then allow them to air dry completely.
- Drying: After cleaning or getting them wet, always allow the shoes to air dry at room temperature. Avoid direct heat sources like radiators or tumble dryers, as this can damage the materials.
- Storage: Store your trainers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use. Consider using shoe trees to help maintain their shape.
- Rotation: If possible, rotate between multiple pairs of running shoes to allow each pair to dry out and recover between runs.
