Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your shoes last, begin by ensuring the interior straps are tightened comfortably across the midfoot before lacing up. These shoes fit true to size for most, but the initial fit may feel snug due to the internal straps; this will loosen slightly as the materials conform to your feet. For care, use a soft-bristled brush to remove dry dirt from the suede upper after each use. Avoid machine washing or submerging the shoes in water, as this can degrade the suede material. If the shoes get wet, let them air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources to prevent the glue from weakening.
