Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Superstar Vintage trainers last, start by applying a leather protectant spray before the first use to guard against moisture and dirt. When lacing the shoes, ensure the tongue is centered to prevent rubbing. For cleaning, wipe the leather upper with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap; avoid soaking the material or using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can dry out the leather. For the rubber toe cap and midsole, a gentle brush or sponge with soapy water is usually sufficient to remove scuffs. Always allow the shoes to air dry away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can warp or crack the leather over time.
