Full details
The adidas Sportswear Cloudfoam Flex Rapidfit Trainers are designed for adult females seeking ultimate comfort and convenience for daily walks and casual wear. Their key benefit is the HandsFree slip-on technology, allowing effortless on-and-off, complemented by a flexible Cloudfoam midsole for superior cushioning and support. A potential caveat for some users might be the elasticated lacing, which offers an adjustable fit but may not be suitable for those requiring very firm lockdown. Key features include a lightweight design, a breathable mesh upper, and flex grooves for natural foot movement.

FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for running?
These trainers are designed primarily for walking and casual wear. While they offer good cushioning and flexibility, they may not provide the specific support or stability required for high-impact running.
How do I clean the Cloudfoam sole?
The rubber sole can be cleaned with a damp cloth or a soft brush to remove dirt and debris. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the material.
Can I adjust the fit of the elastic laces?
Yes, the elastic laces allow for some adjustment. You can reposition them slightly to change the tension across the top of your foot. For a more customized fit, consider using lace locks.
What does 'HandsFree' technology mean?
HandsFree technology means the shoe is designed to be easily slipped on and off without needing to bend down or use your hands to adjust the fit, thanks to its construction and elastic lacing.
Are these shoes waterproof?
The upper is made of textile mesh, which is breathable but not waterproof. These shoes are not designed to be water-resistant.
What is the material of the upper?
The upper is made from 100% textile, specifically a technical mesh designed for breathability.
Do these trainers come in wide fit?
Some variants may offer a wide fit option. Please check the product details or available options for the specific model you are interested in.
Troubleshooting
Shoes feel too loose
The elastic laces offer an adjustable fit. Try re-positioning the laces for a snugger feel, or consider adding a lace lock if available for a more secure fit.
Difficulty slipping foot in
Ensure the heel collar is fully pulled back. For initial wears, gently use your hands to guide your foot in until the shoe molds to your foot shape.
Foot discomfort after short wear
Verify you have the correct size. If the shoe is the right size, the initial wear may require a break-in period. Wear them for short durations initially and gradually increase wear time.
Mesh upper appears dirty
Gently wipe the mesh with a slightly damp cloth. For tougher spots, use a mild soap solution and a soft brush, then wipe clean with a damp cloth and air dry.
