Setup, Compatibility & Care
These boots require no break-in process other than regular wear. To ensure the longest life for the vulcanised rubber, rinse the exterior with clean water after use in mud or saltwater to prevent grit from wearing down the seams. Avoid storing the boots in direct sunlight or near heat sources like radiators, as prolonged exposure can cause the rubber to crack or harden. When sizing, remember these are designed to be worn over socks; if the fit feels tight, consider sizing up to allow for thicker winter hosiery. If the interior lining gets damp, remove the EVA footbed and stuff the boots with newspaper to absorb moisture, allowing them to dry naturally in a well-ventilated room.
