Troubleshooting
Fan does not open or close smoothly
Ensure there are no obstructions in the hinges. Gently try to work the fan open and closed. If the issue persists, check for any damage to the wooden frame or fabric.
Fabric is wrinkled or creased
Gently smooth the fabric with your hands. Avoid ironing, as high heat can damage the material. For stubborn creases, a very light application of steam from a distance might help, but test on an inconspicuous area first.
Hanger is difficult to attach or detach
Ensure the hanger mechanism is correctly aligned with the fan's handle. Avoid forcing the attachment; it should slide or clip on with moderate pressure. If it feels stuck, check for debris or minor damage.
