These Karrimor Trail Performance Running Shorts are designed for adult female trail runners seeking freedom of movement and technical support. Their key benefit lies in their lightweight, moisture-wicking fabric combined with a precision waistband and integrated brief for optimal comfort on demanding runs. A potential caveat is that the fit may be specific, so checking sizing is recommended.

While comfortable, their design is optimized for performance running, particularly on trails. They may not be the most versatile choice for casual wear.
The integrated brief provides essential support and helps reduce chafing by minimizing the need for separate underwear and ensuring a snug fit.
Machine wash cold with like colors and avoid fabric softeners, as they can impair the fabric's moisture-wicking properties. Tumble dry low or line dry.
These shorts are designed for performance in moderate to warm conditions due to their lightweight and breathable nature. For cold weather, layering with thermal tights or base layers is recommended.
They are specifically designed with trail-specific functionality, featuring a lightweight technical fabric, a precision waistband, and an integrated brief for enhanced support and freedom of movement on varied terrain.
If you prefer a slightly looser fit or are between sizes, it is generally recommended to size up. Refer to the Karrimor sizing chart for accurate measurements.
Adjust the internal drawcord to achieve a secure yet comfortable fit. If the size is fundamentally incorrect, consider exchanging for a different size.
Ensure the integrated brief is positioned correctly. For persistent chafing, a thin layer of anti-chafing balm can be applied to sensitive areas.
Ensure you are not using fabric softeners during washing, as these can clog the fabric's performance fibers. Wash with like colors using a mild detergent.
Setup: These shorts require no setup. Simply adjust the waistband drawcord for a comfortable and secure fit before your run.
Compatibility: Designed for female runners of adult age. The UK size 10 (as this variant specifies) corresponds to a standard fit, but refer to sizing charts for precise measurements.
