FAQs
Are these flip-flops suitable for swimming?
While the rubber material is water-resistant, these flip-flops are primarily designed for casual wear and not for vigorous water activities. They can be worn at the beach or poolside.
How do I choose the right size?
It is recommended to measure the length of your foot in centimeters and compare it with the Havaianas size chart. Many users find ordering their usual shoe size works, but accurate measurement is best.
Can these flip-flops be worn by both men and women?
Yes, the Havaianas Top Mix are unisex and designed to be worn by anyone, regardless of gender.
What is the warranty period for Havaianas flip-flops?
Havaianas typically offers a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Specific warranty details may vary by region and retailer; please check with your point of purchase for precise information.
Are the straps made of rubber?
The sole is made of 100% rubber, while the straps are typically made of PVC.
How do I clean the raised logo?
Gently wipe the logo with a damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scrubbing, which could damage the raised design.
Troubleshooting
Sizing seems incorrect.
Refer to the size chart and measure your foot length carefully before purchasing. Compare your foot measurement to the corresponding UK size.
Straps feel a bit stiff.
Wear the flip-flops for short periods initially to allow the rubber to soften and mold to your foot shape.
Discoloration after exposure to elements.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Clean with mild soap and water, and rinse thoroughly. Allow to air dry completely.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: These flip-flops require no setup; they are ready to wear out of the package.
Compatibility: Suitable for adults and children. Available in various sizes (e.g., UK 3 to UK 11.5). They are designed for casual wear and are compatible with a wide range of casual outfits.
Care: To clean your Havaianas Top Mix flip-flops, use a damp cloth to wipe away dirt and dust. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high heat, as this can cause the rubber to degrade or discolor. It is recommended to rinse them with fresh water after exposure to saltwater or chlorine and allow them to air dry away from heat sources.
