Troubleshooting

Weak water flow

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Installation: This model is designed for monobloc (single-hole) deck mounting. Ensure your sink or countertop has a standard 1/2" connection availability. The product includes flexible connection hoses and the proprietary rapid installation hardware.

Compatibility: This tap is compatible with high-pressure systems of 1 bar or greater. Always check your home's water pressure before installation to ensure sufficient flow.

Care and Maintenance: To protect the brushed gold finish, clean regularly using only a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive sponges, acidic cleaners, or solvent-based detergents, which can permanently damage the surface finish. If limescale forms on the spray head, simply rub the silicone nozzles with your thumb to dislodge deposits.
