While the Reactx cushioning offers comfort, these trainers are primarily designed for everyday wear and light to moderate exercise. For marathon running, specialized running shoes with advanced support and cushioning technologies are recommended.

Refer to Nike's official sizing chart and measure your foot length. Consider trying them on if possible, as fit can vary slightly between individuals.

No, the mesh upper is designed for breathability and is not waterproof. They are best suited for dry conditions or light moisture.

With proper care and depending on usage intensity, the trainers are designed for durability. Regular wear for daily activities can be expected to last a considerable period, but high-impact or frequent strenuous use will reduce their lifespan.

It is not recommended to machine wash these trainers as it can damage the materials and construction. Hand washing and air drying is the preferred method for cleaning.

Ensure you have the correct size. Try wearing thicker socks or breaking in the shoes with shorter periods of wear initially.

While designed for general use, performance on very slick surfaces may be limited. Use caution in wet conditions.

The mesh is designed to be breathable and form-fitting. If it feels restrictive, try loosening the laces and wearing for short durations to allow for slight stretching.
