FAQs
Can I put this bra in the washing machine?
No, it is recommended to hand wash only to protect the elastic and fastening components.
Does the racerback hook come undone easily?
When hooked correctly, the J-hook is designed to stay secure, but ensure the straps are adjusted to the proper tension to maintain the hold.
Is this suitable for high-impact running?
The Energise offers great support and separation, but suitability for high-impact activities depends on individual fit and preference for coverage versus compression.
Why shouldn't I tumble dry this bra?
Tumble drying introduces heat that can melt the plastic rings, weaken the elastic fibers, and cause the fabric to shrink or lose its moisture-wicking properties.
What is the primary benefit of the four-piece cup?
The four-piece construction provides a more tailored, rounded, and lifted shape compared to two-piece or molded sports bras.
Troubleshooting
Straps feel too loose during high activity
Utilize the J-hook to convert the straps into a racerback configuration for a tighter, more secure fit.
Cup fabric is pilling or losing shape
This is often caused by machine washing or heat exposure. Stick to strictly hand washing and air drying to prevent fabric degradation.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Elomi Energise retains its shape and support, follow these care instructions strictly:
- Washing: Always hand wash the garment in cool water. Avoid using harsh detergents or bleach.
- Drying: Air dry only. Do not use a tumble dryer, as the heat can permanently damage the elastic, straps, and hardware rings.
- Fit: This bra is designed for a precise fit. Ensure the band sits firmly against your ribcage without digging in, and that the center gore lies flat against your sternum.
- Storage: Lay the bra flat or hang it by the gore to prevent deforming the cups.
