FAQs
Are these candles safe to use around children and pets?
Yes, as these are LED candles, they do not produce an open flame, making them a safer alternative to traditional wax candles, especially in households with children and pets.
How long do the batteries typically last?
Battery life depends on usage and the quality of the batteries used. With moderate use, the AAA batteries in each candle can last for many hours. The remote control batteries should last longer with infrequent use.
Can I use these candles outdoors?
No, these LED taper candles are designed for indoor use only. Exposure to weather or extreme temperatures can damage the real wax construction.
What is the purpose of the remote control?
The remote control allows you to turn the candles on and off remotely, and to activate the 6-hour timer function without having to manually access each candle.
Can I mix and match the sizes for display?
Absolutely. The set includes four different sizes (15.5, 19.5, 22, and 26 cm), which are designed to be arranged together for a varied and visually appealing display.
Do the candles come with batteries included?
The remote control includes 2 x AAA batteries. However, each individual taper candle requires 1 x AAA battery, which are sold separately.
How do I clean the candles?
Wipe the candles gently with a soft, dry cloth only. Avoid using water or any cleaning agents, as this can damage the real wax finish.
Troubleshooting
Candle does not turn on.
Ensure that a fresh AAA battery is correctly inserted into the candle's base and that the battery compartment is securely closed. Try using the manual switch on the candle's base.
Remote control is not working.
Check that the batteries in the remote are correctly inserted and are new. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the candles. Try pressing the manual switch on the candle to ensure it functions independently.
The LED flame flickers erratically or is dim.
This may indicate a low battery. Replace the AAA battery in the affected candle with a new one.
Candles are melting or misshapen.
Remove the candles immediately from the heat source or direct sunlight. These candles are made of real wax and are sensitive to heat. Allow them to cool and reshape in a cool place. Relocate them to a cooler, shaded indoor location.
Timer function is not engaging.
Ensure the candles are switched on manually first, then activate the timer function using the remote. Verify that the remote control has sufficient battery power.
