The Neural Processor Unit (NPU), such as Intel AI Boost, is designed to handle AI-accelerated tasks more efficiently and with lower power consumption compared to the CPU or GPU. This can improve performance for AI-driven features in applications, like background blur in video calls or AI-powered content creation tools.

Ensure the AC adapter is securely connected to both the laptop and a working power outlet. Try a different outlet. If the issue persists, contact support.
Wi-Fi connection is unstable or slow.
Restart your router and modem. Ensure your laptop is within range of the Wi-Fi signal. Check for Wi-Fi driver updates in Windows Device Manager. Verify that you are connected to the correct Wi-Fi band (e.g., 5 GHz or 6 GHz for faster speeds).
Screen display is dim or flickers.
Adjust the screen brightness using the function keys or Windows display settings. Ensure the display drivers are up to date. If flickering persists, check for physical damage to the display or cable.

Restart the laptop. Check if the keyboard is enabled in the BIOS settings. Ensure no liquid has been spilled on the keyboard. If the issue is isolated to specific keys, consider using an external keyboard.
