Trust BRITA’s innovative MAXTRA+ MicroFlow Technology to give you pure, fresh tasting water, enhancing your favourite cuppa and also protecting your kettle or coffee machine from limescale build up. The BRITA Aluna Cool Water Filter Jug and Cartridge in White features a slim, fridge door fitting design with 1.4L filtered water capacity and 2.4L total capacity. It fits most fridge doors. It includes the 'PerfectFit’ feature for an optimal filtration guarantee with MAXTRA+ filters. Enjoy fresh tasting water without plastic bottle waste for just a few pence per litre. Micro Carbon Pearls reduce chlorine and organic impurities, improving the taste and odour of food and drinks. Ion Exchange Pearls permanently absorb metals and reduce limescale, protecting appliances against scale build-up. An electronic 'memo' reminds you when to replace the filter cartridge. Includes 1 x MAXTRA+ filter cartridges, which last 4 weeks and are recyclable. This product comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee and a free replacement parts service. The MAXTRA+ filter works in 4 stages: A fine mesh filter reduces particles like sand or rust. Activated carbon made from natural coconut shells reduces substances affecting smell and taste, such as chlorine. Ion exchange resin reduces limescale (carbonate hardness) and certain metals like lead and copper. A final fine mesh filter retains particle mixture.
