FAQs

Does this stand fit other brands of cages?

This stand is specifically designed for the 160cm Little Friends rabbit and guinea pig cage. We cannot guarantee compatibility with other brands due to varying base dimensions.

Can I use the stand without the wheels?

The stand is designed to be used with the included castors. Removing them may affect the height and stability of the frame.

Is the storage shelf strong enough for heavy items?

Yes, the grid wire shelf is designed to hold standard pet essentials like hay, bedding, and food bags.

How high does the stand lift the cage?

The stand elevates your cage to a comfortable working height, allowing for easier access to your pets.

Are tools included for assembly?

The product is delivered flat-packed with all necessary hardware. You may require a standard screwdriver to complete the setup.

Troubleshooting

The stand feels unstable or wobbly

Check that all screws are tightened equally and ensure the floor surface is perfectly level.

The castors are not moving smoothly

Check for debris or pet hair trapped in the wheel housing and ensure the wheel lock mechanism is fully disengaged.

Cage does not fit securely

Verify that you are using the correct 160cm model from Little Friends, as the dimensions are precision-fitted for that specific cage base.

Pros and Cons

Provides convenient, organized storage for heavy supplies
Quick and straightforward flat-pack assembly

Cons

Specifically designed for 160cm cages, limiting versatility with other sizes

Assembly is required upon delivery

Setup, Compatibility & Care

This stand is delivered flat-packed and requires basic tools to assemble. Ensure you are working on a level surface to prevent the cage from wobbling. It is exclusively compatible with 160cm Little Friends cages; placing a larger cage may cause instability, while a smaller cage will not fit the footprint correctly. To care for the stand, wipe the metal frame with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed, and periodically check the wheel locks to ensure they remain functional and secure.
